* Siapkan dua HP blackberry anda.
* Di Blackberry lawas, masuk ke email setting lalu login dengan akun anda. Kirim Service book, atau pastikan anda tetap tersambung login
* Matikan HP. Tunggu sekitar 2 hingga 3 menit lalu keluarakan kartu SIM-nya
* Masukan kartu SIM ke HP blackberry baru anda. Masuk ke Email Setting, lalu masukkan username dan password. Muncul notifikasi Change your handelddari PIN lama ke PIN baru, Klik Ok. Secara otomatis system akan mengirimkan service book. Log out dan close browser.
* HP baru siap digunakan.

dont forget to backup BBM contact Remotly(OTA) or Locally (MMC) *highly recomend use the remotly

go to the new device set up your email account,after that go to the BBM Menu dan option Restore Remotly
